As the central point of communication between stakeholders, he\/she will manage projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality, maximizing the productivity of work teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>File analysis: Review estimating and design files, as well as technical plans and specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Project planning: Establish a plan of action for carrying out projects while respecting objectives and deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing strategies: Develop purchasing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality of materials, equipment and lead times;<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers and other trades to coordinate all aspects of the project;<\/li>\n<li>Priority tracking: Define priorities and develop a detailed schedule, ensuring compliance with established deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Change management : Analyze and respond to change requests, estimate additional costs, and communicate impacts with stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Production and delivery: Supervise component production, plan delivery logistics and ensure proper execution;<\/li>\n<li>Budget management: Monitor and adjust the budget in real time, and ensure that costs are kept under control throughout the project;<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of subcontractors and crews: Manage subcontractors and installation crews in close collaboration with the operations department;<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of draftsmen: In collaboration with the design team, participate in the supervision of draftsmen for the creation of installation plans;<\/li>\n<li>Billing and profitability: Prepare monthly statements, optimize billing strategies to maintain profitability;<\/li>\n<li>Commissioning: Plan and supervise system commissioning, and ensure final project delivery in line with customer expectations;<\/li>\n<li>Company Representation: Act as company representative with professionals, contractors, and customers;<\/li>\n<li>Related duties : Assume all other responsibilities related to the successful completion of projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DEC in building mechanics, bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering, or other relevant training;<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn and master new computer software quickly;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS project (an asset)<\/li>\n<li>Sharp sense of priority management and organization;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group insurance and RRSPs;<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hours (possibility of finishing at noon on Fridays);<\/li>\n<li>18 days annual vacation;<\/li>\n<li>On-site gym;<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for career advancement;<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you organized, motivated and ready to take on stimulating challenges?
