He\/she plays a key role in managing service contracts, invoicing and maintaining relations with customers and subcontractors. In collaboration with internal teams, he\/she ensures the satisfaction and loyalty of strategic accounts through rigorous management of requests, work orders and billing processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Service<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and open customer accounts and locations.<\/li>\n<li>Update equipment reports according to refrigeration specialists&#8217; recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on contracts obtained or cancelled and maintain associated reports.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the continuous improvement of the database and work tools.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and update the Contract Management, Billing and Payroll Service mailboxes.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer requests and ensure rigorous follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Apply customer-specific billing procedures via Progression Live, appropriate web portals and issue credits as required.<\/li>\n<li>Approve and invoice subcontractor tasks related to service contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Process, route or coordinate any requests received by telephone or via the New Request and Alarm email boxes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate customer requests and subcontractor quotations with the relevant departments and pass on relevant information.<\/li>\n<li>Enter service calls for requests received directly from subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Create and transmit work orders to subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on service calls, confirm appointments and keep customers informed of status.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality customer service and build loyalty with major accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inform representatives of events or situations relating to major accounts.<br \/>\nManage the archiving and backup of Halocarbure reports.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sitewebs management (major accounts)<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and follow up on disputed invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Update ETAs and purchase order status.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledge and cancel purchase orders when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Invoicing<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and approve invoices from external subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Validate prices and margins for repairs and service calls.<\/li>\n<li>Translate and prepare work orders.<\/li>\n<li>Perform billing on major account customer portals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Profile required<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2-5 years&#8217; experience in an accounts receivable management and\/or business development position;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in air conditioning, heating, ventilation (HVAC) and\/or plumbing in the commercial and industrial sectors (asset);<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual English \/ French<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Telecommuting policy &#8211; 2 days per week<\/li>\n<li>Group insurance and RRSPs<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours<\/li>\n<li>18 days annual vacation<\/li>\n<li>On-site gym<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for career advancement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are organized, versatile and want to contribute to the business development of a dynamic company, join Ventilabec and take part in our exciting projects!
