He or she plays a key role in preparing quotations, updating customer files and coordinating specific orders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare bids for service contracts and standing offers, working with the Business Development and Service team to finalize files. Including creation of equipment, filters and belts;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monthly follow-up of contracts to be renewed, update files, and analyze profitability of current contracts in order to offer the best renewal option to our customers;<\/li>\n<li>Select appropriate statuses according to the progress of service contracts, and generate maintenance tasks according to the current contract;<\/li>\n<li>Create and open customer accounts and locations;<\/li>\n<li>Update equipment reports according to refrigeration specialists&#8217; recommendations;<\/li>\n<li>Update obtained\/cancelled contract reports;<\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly reports from operating system or accounting software for internal analysis and performance tracking;<\/li>\n<li>Generate, sort, update and coordinate orders for non-standard materials in relation to the month of maintenance linked to service contracts in collaboration with the relevant teams;<\/li>\n<li>Manage, maintain and exclusively control the database: customers, contracts, locations, hourly rates, inventory cost prices, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly tasks for all types of maintenance tasks;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement of database and work tools;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain email boxes: Contract Management, Billing and Payroll Service;<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries and ensure effective follow-up;<\/li>\n<li>Follow customer-specific billing procedures in Progression Live, appropriate website and issue credits as required;<\/li>\n<li>Approve and invoice subcontractor tasks related to service contracts;<\/li>\n<li>Support the payroll process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years&#8217; experience in an administrative and\/or business development position;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in air conditioning, heating, ventilation (HVAC) and\/or plumbing in the commercial and industrial sectors (an asset);<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Telecommuting policy<\/li>\n<li>Group insurance and RRSPs<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours<\/li>\n<li>18 days annual vacation<\/li>\n<li>On-site gym<\/li>\n<li>Career advancement opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competitive salaryIf you&#8217;re organized, versatile and want to contribute to the business development of a dynamic company, join Ventilabec and take part in our exciting projects!
