Ventilation work for the new commuter train maintenance building.

CHUM

Participation in one of the most significant hospital projects of the past decades in Quebec. Ventilabec built the ambulatory center and the thermal plant.

IREQ

This major laboratory specialized in battery research and development relied on our plumbing and ventilation expertise for its facilities in Varennes and Shawinigan.

Casino de Montréal

Ventilabec participated in the complete renovation of the Casino while maintaining its operations. From gigantic mechanical rooms occupying entire floors to installations integrated into a unique architecture, this project came with many challenges.

Complexe Desjardins

This iconic real estate complex in downtown Montreal, built more than 45 years ago, underwent a complete rejuvenation on nearly all floors. Ventilabec participated in the entire project, which spanned several years, contributing both in plumbing and ventilation.

Regina Assumpta

We participated in the construction of related buildings such as the multidisciplinary center, auditorium, and sports center.

Bombardier

An association with this Quebec flagship over the past thirty years. Ventilabec has completed dozens of projects at its Ville-Saint-Laurent, Dorval and Mirabel facilities, ranging from office fit-outs to process and industrial ventilation.

Pratt & Whitney

This company, one of the world's leading manufacturers of aircraft engines, located on Montreal's South Shore, entrusted us with several projects, including the ventilation of engine test benches, requiring very specific construction requirements.

Concordia University

Ventilabec participated in the iconic combined projects of Engineering and Visual Arts pavilions located in downtown Montreal. Large mechanical rooms, laboratories, and auditoriums are just a few of the facilities that make up this university pavilion

Casino de Mont-Tremblant

Installing mechanical rooms in attic space resembling a Swiss chalet was the challenge of this project.

Hockey Etcetera Arena

We carried out the needs assessment, design and installation of ventilation systems for the project's three buildings, including spaces for meeting rooms, catering areas and changing rooms.

École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS)

Ventilabec has participated in the construction of several pavilions at this renowned Quebec institution. From the first pavilion on Notre-Dame Street, inaugurated over 25 years ago, to the most recent, Ventilabec has been a regular partner.

CUSM – Site Glen

One of the largest hospital complexes in North America. For more than three years, Ventilabec was involved in the development of the three towers housing the hospital's patient rooms.
