Whether on construction projects, with over 10,000 completed projects to our credit, or on service and maintenance contracts for the benefit of nearly 2,000 customers across the country, Ventilabec has acquired exceptional expertise.
This expertise is made available to our customers to establish and maintain lasting partnerships based on trust.
Ventilabec inc was founded by Jacques Ladouceur, Serge Massicotte and Justin Gervais.
Ventilabec Climatisation was born as an associated entity, bringing together technicians and refrigeration engineers specialized in equipment commissioning and maintenance. At that time, the foundations of a future leading service department were already in place.
Ventilabec has moved to St-Elz.ar Boulevard, where its head office is located.
Ventilabec acquired a ventilation duct manufacturing facility, which remains one of the largest in Quebec.
Acquisitions of companies that will enable us to expand our portfolio of service and construction customers both provincially and across Canada. Increased participation in large-scale hospital and institutional projects.
Our organization was honoured to welcome Éric Ladouceur as a director, and he is proud to now hold the position of President.
The head office was expanded with the acquisition of a neighboring building. At the same time, the company opened an office on the South Shore to better serve a growing customer base in this region.
Guillaume Rioux joined our shareholding structure, bringing new impetus to our team. Today, as Vice-President, he continues to play a crucial role in our development.
Second head office expansion with the acquisition of the adjacent building. This expansion enables us to better respond to our company's growth and optimize our organization.
THE EVOLUTION
Although the company was founded at a time when Quebec was going through one of the worst recessions in its history, the founding shareholders had a vision of what Ventilabec should and could be. A dynamic company capable of implementing innovative ideas to meet the most demanding and varied needs of its customers.
From the outset, the company offered its customers a turnkey approach that would enable them to realize their projects with added technical and financial value. The recruitment of technicians and engineers specializing in building mechanics over the years has enabled Ventilabec to quickly make its mark in a highly competitive field. The company’s achievements in this field number in the hundreds, and its expertise in a wide range of activity sectors and project sizes make it a key player in the industry.

ADMISTRATEURS
ERIC LADOUCEUR PRESIDENT
Before joining the company in an administrative role in 1996, Eric spent a few years learning the trade of tinsmithing. He joined the operations department as a project manager and subsequently held the positions of Director and Vice-President of the department. He contributed to the development of the company's expertise in the execution of very large-scale projects. He became a shareholder in 2015 and has since held the position of President in addition to overseeing the Operations Department.
GUILLAUME RIOUX VICE-PRESIDENT
Guillaume was introduced to the field of building mechanics as a refrigeration apprentice in 2004 with one of Quebec's leading HVAC players. In 2012, he became a project manager and business development representative. In 2019, he joins the Ventilabec team as head of the Service Department. Under his leadership, this department has become one of the most important players in the province's maintenance field. In 2022, he was appointed Vice President, while remaining in charge of the service department and business development. He became a shareholder in 2023.

Our occupational health and safety policy includes all stakeholders, our managers, our work teams and our customers.
